1. What is the Heat Transfer Printing?

Heat Transfer Printing is new printing technology,you could use our sublimation ink to print any photo such as scenery,portrait….on ordinary paper or our special paper,then use our heat press equipments to heat up for serval minutes,the photo on the paper will transfer on ceramic cup,ceramic plate,t-shirt,cap,metal,wood and so on.

You could send email,fax or phone us,told us what informations you want(such as air/sea freight,prices and so on),we will reply you in time,then you will know better about our products and service.

3. Why we have to buy products from you?

4. About the warranty.

Major accessaries such as heating board,mug heating mat,clock and so on for one year,we will send the free replaced accessaries to you with you next order.After the warranty period,we just charge the cost price from you.Please contact to us for more details.

5. How can I receive your goods?

If you order little quantities(below 100KG)you could use DHL,TNT,UPS or other air express company to delivery your goods,delivery time usually 3-4working days,they will send the products you order to your address.

If you order large quantities,you could use sea delivery,and you need to go to your nearest seaport to take your goods,delivery time usually 30-40days.

6. Way of payment.

We only accept the T/T(means you need to pay your payment to our bank account) or Western Union,when we receive your payment,we will prepare your goods and send for you in time.If you order large quantities,you could pay 30% deposit to us,when all the goods ready,we will take photos,then you could check it.When we receive your rest payment,we delivery the goods at once.For more details,please contact with us.

7. How become your sole agent?
